When you engage Threefin Web Design, your costs will be fixed upfront with no surprises down the line. They say there is no price on magic, but Threefin Web Design is more than happy to work a little magic for a fair fee.

Transparent Process

To keep things simple and so that everyone knows where in the journey they are, each engagement has six stages. Simply put, we look at what you are hoping to achieve and what you already have. We'll then spend some time considering the options and return with a proposed solution. If you are happy to have the solution built, we'll then agree on the scope, the timescale, and the resources needed. 
Within a few iterations, we'll build out what you need and return at each stage to check usability and how well it fits. Depending on the complexity, this may be a one-stop shop, or we may need to revisit the project's remit. Once the infrastructure and system have been built, we'll go away, iron out the creases, and firm up the usability before the final handover. At handover, any supporting user documents or knowhow will be passed on, and staff training will be provided. 
If at anytime you need further support, we'll be happy to hear from you, or we can agree on a schedule of regular check-ins. Ultimately, our purpose is to build systems that bring value and last.

Requirements

How can we help? Every great project starts with a conversation. In this initial stage, we will dive into an overview of what is required from a technical standpoint. We will look at your current systems, pinpoint your workflow challenges, and outline exactly what you need a technical piece of work to achieve.

1st Pass Discussion

Once we have mapped out your needs, we will return with a presentation of a potential solution. We will walk you through our ideas and focus heavily on feedback gathering, ensuring the proposed direction perfectly aligns with your goals and expectations.

Go Ahead

Once having agreed on the parameters of the project, we'll both sign the statement of work, and a 20% deposit is payable to secure the time in the diary. Once that is sorted, building will begin. This is where it gets exciting! Your ideas will start taking shape as we begin constructing the core framework of your solution.

Testing and Feedback

The new system can be implemented alongside your existing systems so that the overall outcome and deliverables can be assessed in a real-world environment. The ultimate goal during this phase is to ensure you move to your new system as smoothly as possible. The feedback gathered will then be used to put the finishing touches to the project.

Final Touches

Before we hand over the keys, we focus entirely on tidying off loose ends, ironing out clunky creases, and bringing the entire project together before handover. We ensure that everything is polished, optimized, and performing exactly as intended.

Completion 

Project complete! Along with creating any user manuals and providing comprehensive staff training, we will agree on your next steps. Whether you want ongoing support and incremental improvements, further project work, or simply a friendly check-in in a few months' time, we will make sure you are fully supported moving forward.
